Hey
fellas,
It's Tuesday, December 23, 2025, and I hope the day is treating you right.
Today I've got a smart tire habit
for cold mornings, a 90 second wall posture reset, and the day a tiny device first said "HELLO!" loud and
clear.

Legendary Tip of the Day: Check Tire Pressure While They Are Cold

Health Hack for Legends: Wall Angels (90 Seconds)
Stand with your back to a wall. Get your head, shoulder blades, hips, and backs of your legs as close to the wall as
you can. Face your palms out and keep your eyes looking straight ahead. Slowly slide your arms out and up, keeping
the backs of your hands on the wall, then come back down. Do 5 slow reps. Stop if you feel sharp pain.
Hobby Spotlight: Sharpen a Shovel Blade
A sharper shovel bites into snow and hard ground with less strain. First, scrape off dirt and grit so you are not
filing mud. If you have a bench vise, lock the shovel down so it cannot jump. Hold the file at about a 45 degree
angle and push the file forward. Do not skip gloves and eye protection. Little metal bits can fly.
