Slowly lower your chin toward your chest until you feel a mild stretch in the back of your neck.
Hold 15 to 30 seconds, then come back up slow. Do it one more time.
If you feel sharp pain or pins and needles, stop and ease off.
Turn the system off, pull the old filter, and match the size on the frame.
Slide the new one in and put the cover back on. Done.
Dont skip the arrow on the filter frame. Point it the way the air moves.
